I came to Marc Harris after having several unfriendly encounters with a few spas on Newbury Street. Not only is the staff friendly but you feel instantly relaxed once you are brought in. You are always seen on time which is important given that I work during the day and have strict lunch hours. You definitely "feel the love". Not like some Newbury St Spas where they think they're doing you a favor. Hands down, Bea gives the best facial in Boston.
Paul remembers all his clients and is genuinely happy to greet them. He is never too busy to stop and say hello.
