Very professional and friendly from the time I made an appointment over the phone. It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and it can be very awckard but they make you feel so relaxed, I loved it! Very few places offers the Brazilian wax, Salon J rocks! I've been a regular at Salon J for about 3 months now. I go once a month for a full Brazilian wax, which is somewhat pricey at $75 a pop. But it's absolutely worth it.
