I went to get a trim and walked out with the worst haircut which is going to take a long time to grow out. It was a bad experience from the start- nobody to greet you when you walk in and the person who cut my hair was the owner who was more interested in answering the phone. I asked her to trim my top layers and well she chopped them off. Unless you already like your stylist here then...

I had a horrible experinece at this salon. I asked for an Carmel or honey color and walked out of there with a red color with blonde roots. One of the staff members had too much to say she should keep her opinions to herself or talk softer. I sat with my head in the sink for a good 30 minutes. No one was telling me what was going on they kept putting things in my hair the rinsing it out. So...

I thought this salon was extremly beautiful and it seems to be one of those places you just love. For instence when I got my hair colored and cut my stylist and I were trying to give me a new color.
