I went in for a bit of a change, but after my stylist spent about 20 seconds listening, she tossed me to the assistant to wash, brought me back and proceeded to give me a hardly noticeable trim. She did not bother to trim my growing out bangs from the front, or any little snip after the blowdry was done. No questions about how I might wear my hair, how I might like to change my hair, nothing.... more
