Every time I have ever been to Beauty Nails, I've had a bad experience, although none were as bad as what happened to me today. To start, the girl cut my natural nails too short, they hurt. TERRIBLE!!!!! I made an appointment two weeks in advance for myself and my neice. Our appoinment was at 10a.m. We went at 10am to find out that they don't open until 12.
