The customer service is very bad. The employees do not treat customers good; they are rude, and not friendly. Close the store earlier than supposed to, and don't let customers in. Close the door right before your face.

I went to sally beauty supply on a few occasions and each time they more the most expensive of all the other places I have been to. They had the products I was looking for though. They had things that I couldn't find other places.
