How do you determine that a shop pads the bill maybe you should teach them how to run a successful shop. PS learn to use spell check. Please understand a business must make a profit, and is nice to be informed of what your car needs to stay in good shape?

My daughter took her 2004 Camry in for diagnosis and repair. I assisted her because she knows very little about a car. Eric was my service advisor. I have been a customer of Sallas Automotive for years. It is so nice knowing I can rely on them to be honest and give me their very best recommendations. I attended their 'Women's Clinic' and they give you the knowledge to take care of your car so you will not get taken advantage of. I think their pricing is fair. I have recommeded them to many of my friends.
