I love this place. The Soba Chicken Salad is the best. Heathly and fresh. Just a correction SS has a website and hours of operations are incorrect. They are open 10-3pm. They have a sister restaurant called Enteca Style and you can order salads

I'm normally more of a meat and potatoes kind of person, but the other day, my boss treated us to lunch and took us to Salad Style. It was probably the best salad I've ever had. It had steak and blue cheese crumbles...yeah, I could pretty much eat it all day and all night. You gotta try this place out. My 2 cents!

My favorite salad place when in San Diego! You will find the best, healthiest salad spot in town at Salad Style. Salads are huge with fresh salad greens; top grade meats cooked perfectly, and make great dinners as well as lunches. Pick one or two up to take home for dinner.
