You can't help but compare Saison to other Michelin 3 star restaurants, and as other reviewers have noted, it simply doesn't measure up given the very high price. Great food, yes. Very good service, yes. Great atmosphere, also yes.

Open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday. Enjoy a relaxing atmosphere, food, drinks and more.
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with flutes of sparkling wine, and most meals include an amuse bouche and some an extra surprise course.
There are two seatings each night, and with such pleasant atmosphere, parties often linger; book the first to sit more promptly.
