I had to go to the ER at St. Thomas and had to get a chest x-ray. 2 months later i got a call from a billing service stating that my $25.00 would be turned over to collections if not paid over the phone. This is the first contact for anyone at this company. After spending 30 minutes on the phone and never getting to speak to live person nothing got done. St. Thomas should be embarrassed to...

Spent several years with this doctor, just now writing a review. He is very personable, detailed in explaining what is going on, his approach and my responsibility to the process. We did bond fairly well as he is the only African American male doctor in the area that I could find. His staff is professional and courteous. Had an emergency with my grandson and saw dr. Rubinho at brentwood urgent care. He was amazing. Quickly determined what was needed and quickly had him stable and transported to children hospital. Great calm doctor and we really appreciate his caring ways.
