Thorough, unhurried, friendly, and unpretentious. I have been very fortunate with all of my physicians in this system. Dr. Sernyak is one of the best. I have complete confidence in her skills and abilities as a physician.

My first appointment with her was over an hour wait, and so was my last one. Other appointments I waited about a half hour each. If there was only a "no star" rating option, that would be my choice. Less than poor rating is really more like it. Very sketchy doctor...she would order out additional tests or screening that I felt were unnecessary. I regret that I didn't look her up first prior to seeing her so staying away from Dr. Vora is my stern recommendation, just like almost all comments here are implying.

She is awful. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. Completely disregarded the diagnosis a previous gyno gave me. Was extremely judgemental when I confided in her about my virginity. She was very forceful with her speculum exam and told me to "relax", even though I have a condition that doesn't allow me to relax those muscles. Beware! Dr. Rocca charges $500 for an initial appointment, and $400 thereafter. No insurance that I know of will pay that outrageous sum, so be prepared to pay dearly out of pocket. As a 10-year fibromyalgia patient I found that I knew far more about my illness than Dr. Rocca does. He is not current with medical research. Not sure why he believes his services to be worth nearly double that of...
