nice size but rent is too high. increase in rent of about $50/year. cold wind blows in one side and out the other. end units have noisy heat and air right next to living room so when it comes on you have to turn the volume of tv to maximum to hear it. maintenance is ok but there is a mold problem behind the tubs in all units and they refuse to do anything about it. poor lease terms for...

I moved in here march of 2001, and I love here.
My friends and family's always impressed when they come to visit me. It's close to everything although 73 can be a pain during rush hour. I haven't had any problems and I recomend it as a great place to live.

we have lived here 3 months and i think i may never leave. after having terrible 10 years renting in echleon glen and lakeview and owning a home its wonderful having a nice apartment. there is plenty of parking. everyone is friendly, the apartments are upgraded, we have all new appliances and its quiet as a church. we can sleep with the windows open and no worries. awesome shopping all around....

We consider Sagemore to be a great place to live. We have been here since 2005 and appreciate all the amenities that are provided and also the great maintenance staff. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and our neighbors are all terrific.

This is our first year at Sagemore.So far we have experienced a good rapore with management,
Quick service with maintenance and a warm reception from our neighbors.
We visited other apartment communities but none could compare with Sagemore.
