I can confirm what a previous reviewer said about problems with BCBS. They also require a month of notice to stop attending their therapy group. When I found the group unhelpful and put in my notice, I went to see Kristy. That was Feb 14th and Sage still has not returned the positive balance on my account. Buyer. Beware.

Problem is- they advertise and told me in person and on the phone that they take "Blue Cross Blue Shield" but refuse to actually submit bills to my insurance at Blue Cross Blue Shield. Right on the website it says "Sage is an in-network provider for both Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna" …
