My favorite grocery store. Almost shop there every day. Most of the employees are great! Love the self check out when in a hurry. Wish they didn't discontinue stuff I buy almost daily, what's up...

The Anacortes Safeway has such a friendly and helpful crew. I have shoped there for years, and I continue to be a devoted member becuase they are always so nice, and have a smile on their faces.

I have a bi-weekly budget for groceries and house supplies and have been going to Safeway in Anacortes for years. I did not notice the steady rise in prices but had my eyes opened when friends came to town. I phoned the new Wamart and spent 5 minutes getting prices over the phone. I am paying MUCH more here in town. Goodbye Safeway, your not on my side

I prefer all Safeway stores. I think it's ridiculous that anyone is complaining about the prices of things OTHER than food. Dog food, tylenol or asprin, toilet paper? That is all convenience!! You get what you pay for. Buy the groceries at Safeway and get your prescription filled at the same time. Buy stuff when it's on sale, use coupons and get your gas discount. Buy your dog food, toilet paper and headache medicine at Walmart! : )
