Safetel Inc

I have been trying to get in contact with this company since 2012 with no progress they took my money and i never received my product. I have reported them to bbb and i hoping for a reponse. They are a scam. Why have your internet business when you are not a legit company. They pretty much stole $200.00 from me and my family.

UPDATE

After filing this report, along with complaints with the BBB and American Express, I was contacted via phone by one of the co-owners of the company.  He apologized and said I "fell through the cracks" with regard to my situation and that it wasn't their way of doing business.  More importantly I finally received a full refund on my AmEx.
At this time I consider the matter closed.
