I didn't see their credentials anywhere in their office. I hope they were actually qualified, but I'm not sure now. I left my appointment very confused and frustrated. They weren't able to answer any question that I had. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.
