There is always two sides to every story. This contractor has been doing work for my company and my personal houses for many years. Due to past complications of employees and customers holding checks or large companies going under due to the economy and not paying has caused problems. I can assure you this company is very reputable and I will always continue to recommend this company.

Had this company come out and repair a roof leak. The person that came out brought his son with him. I left the house for a moment while his son was inside. A few days later I couldn't find my iPod that I had left on the kitchen table. I can't prove that his son took it but the coincidence is all too real. And......the roof problem is still there after two months. They do not return phone calls...

I have to agree with the previous comment. If zero (or negative) starts were an option, that is what they would be. I have also had an issue with them not payint their subcontractors. Now on top of the $ I paid them, I have to pay an additional $3k for the money they pocketed to get a lien taken off of my house. Please do your research - you will see that this is VERY COMMON for them. And...

AGREED - do NOT do business with S&L roofing Dex Knows

I had my roof replaced a year ago, went to sell my house and found out there was a lien on it! The reason being -- S&L did not pay the subcontractor they got the materials from. I now owe a $3,000 bill that they pocketed. Judging from all the reviews I have read, and my complaint with the BBB - this is not the first time. I have know idea how they are still in business.
