It's the only place I buy cigars! The guy that works there is funny and not pushy like some other stores. He does great comparisons and lets you decide which is good! So if you go see the bald guy, he is always honest.
I go to this location because it's conviently located for me.That being said the bald guy who seems to be the sole employee at this location is unhelpful, sullen and condescending.I would go to the Rock Hill Rd location however their selection is much smaller.Go here if you know what you want, if you're expecting help from someone knowledgeable and personable go elsewhere.
Selection is fine but the atmosphere is terrible. It's not set up to relax and enjoy a smoke without being bothered.
This eight-year-old store was voted as the Main Line's best tobacconist in 2003, and with good reason. If you are looking for a certain cigar, they are the first place to look, because they have an incredible collection that carries just about any cigar you could be looking for. It also has a wealth of accessories and supplies, so every cigar-related need can be satisfied.
