Help us make it rightDropped my chain saw off to get serviced on 8-14-14, and was promised it would be ready in a week. Two weeks later when I hadn’t heard anything about it, I called and was told that they’ve been swamped, but she would tell the service people that I called and to speed it up. On 9-9-14, I went into the store and requested my saw. The girl behind the counter looked up some invoices and couldn’t find it. She then went to another stack and said, “it is the next one up.” I advised I wanted to take my saw with me and find a shop that could really do the servicing. She started to tell me how swamped they were and that they’d get right on it, but I interrupted her and again stated I want my saw now, that they already were 3 weeks beyond what I was told, and I had missed too much work time already, including a holiday weekend. When a promise is made, it should be kept. They evidently were not "swamped" when I left my saw as they promised it in one week. Again, they must not have been swamped two weeks later when I was promised they'd get right on it, but almost two weeks after that, they still had not even started to work on it. Customers in our community deserve better than that. Wish I had read these reviews before I left it there a month ago. I’d be sawing logs by now.
Went here a few times to get mower/chipper/shredder/riding mower parts. At first I thought they were maybe having a bad day, but every time they acted as if i wasn't even there! Rude "customer service" people, and over priced to boot!! Go to Maximum, about 1 mile south!!

I had my mower serviced for the first time at S&D! My pull cord to start mower pulled out! They said that it would take two weeks. Two weeks came and gone and still no phone call. I called. Oh yeah,-your mower is ready. I hv cut my grass twice since then and a month after getting it back,- the cord pulled out again! Will they charge me since they used the cord I bought at Lowes didn't work!...
