I have gone out of my way to go to CITGO, Green Bay Evanston, but have had the same bad experience two recent times now.I set the pump on its hinge, but can't turn off the gas when I have all I want. I can't release the hinge and nothing stops the gas flow.The 1st time, I was stuck getting far more gas than I wanted.
