I was visiting my son at MSU and lost a screw that held my eyeglass lens in. The thought of driving home with one lens would have been problematic. I saw your sign and stopped in to see if there was anything you could do to help. I'm not a customer, just a person passing through. Went to rx optical today and had a great experience, the assistant manager (leah) and the doctor were both very friendly and easy to work with. small store but much better than other vision centers I've been to
