RW Carpet has practially installed carpet in every room in my house. Richard is a very friendly, professional business man, and runs his business with pride. Every time the installers came to do a job in my house, they were very prompt and flexible with scheduling and got the job done efficiently. The customer service provided was wonderful and very friendly, I dealt with Amy who was so very easy to work with. I do highly recommend RW Carpet in Westwood.

Did business with Richard the owner and he does not know how to work with people.

He owes me money from carpet I never receievd & I never got a dime! Even filed a complaint with an agency who deals wiht businesses and bad practices do not buy from this co. you will regret it.
I think he is a bit off as well
