We had a very odd problem with our ac unit...the last contractor we hired performed a make-shift repair and the problem was not immediately obvious to us or to the guy from R&M....He made some ajustments ealry in the afternoon, and the problem reoccured around 11pm the same day. We called the number on his buisiness card expecting a voicemail service to answer, but instead it was the techs...
