We came into store #27 about 8:55 this evening. We had a rather big order, 2 dozen chicken wings, a hot dog, funnel cake fries and a Reuben (only wanted the normal Reuben with sauerkraut, corned beef Swiss cheese toasted with butter on rye). We had to wait 25 minutes for our order to be completed because they had messed up the order and sent my Reuben with another customer who had ordered...

Okay, They opened yesterday and I've already been there twice! Yesterday I had coffee with a double shot of expresso....awesomeness! Today, thanks to the free coupons they mailed out, I had one of their Ultimate Burgers, with sauteed mushrooms and swiss cheese. I also tried their funnel cake fries. Both were delicious. Ok, I want to complain about Rutters and their consistency. I can order the same breakfast burrito in 3 different Rutters and it will be made in 3 different ways. I just order a breakfast burrito with turkey sausage, egg whites, American cheese, and turkey bacon. Went to dover rutters to get food ordered fries with cheese and rib quesadilla. 1st off this is only rutters that didnt ask if you wanted the cheese on the fries or the side. Then the quesadilla couldn't even eat without a fork looks like it was all just thrown in the box and there wasn't even any bbq sauce on it this is the worst rutters I have ever got food at.

The Rutter's store in Dover is simply awesome! I stop several times a week at different hours of the day. All of the staff are very courteous and take care of you. I recently had an issue with some deli items I ordered on my way to work. Stopped after my shift and they remade the whole order for me, without hesitation. It's one of the smaller locations, but they certainly make up for it...
