We have been patrons of this restuarant by the beach many times and it has been mostly a very good experience and good food until last night. After the experience, I don't think we will be patrons of this establishment anymore.
For the price we do expect food that is properly prepared but it was not. My wife's onion soup had plastic melted in it, the stuff chicken entree she ordered was...

I have been to Morton's and Plaza III, and I am a member of the River Club at the top of the Modis building, and out of all of these fine downtown restaurants/steakhouses Ruth's Chris is by far the best.
