I dined at the downtown Ruth Chris steakhouse (located in an Embassy Suites Hotel) on November 10, 2008. After ordering an Ice Tea, I noted a chemical after taste. I inquired of our waiter if the Ice Tea was brewed and he advised that it was "from a box." I have dined in a Ruth Chris in South Florida that did not serve fake/instant tea. For years I have wanted to try the infamous Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. My experience was worth the wait. We started in the bar for a cocktail and the bartender was very welcoming and poured a generous drink.
