Editorial reviews from the web (3)

"As the name promises", these "old-world bistros" in Hingham and Park Square offer "rustic" (and "delicious") Italian cooking in a "warm", "comfortable" environment – the Derby Street location even has a "large patio"; a staff that's "on top of everything" and reasonable prices help make them a "quick" pick before a show or while shopping.

Rustic Kitchen Restaurant Review

Owner Jim Cafarelli closed both the original Rustic Kitchen in Faneuil Hall and its Cambridge twin in preparation for this branch in Park Square near the Theater District. The results are anything but rustic, and nothing if not theatrical. We ate here before a 7:30 show and we were not disappointed. We started with drinks, beer and my pear martini was really good. For food we ordered the spring roll appetizer, the baked stuffed haddock and the diver scallops. Everything was incredible. I will have dreams about the diver scallops and mushroom risotto! The staff left a little to be desired, got the job done...but not super friendly.

Great Mother's Day treat!

We had a wonderful time and the food was wonderful. The seafood tower for one was only $24 and it had 3 of every type of seafood: oysters, shrimp, lobster claws (2) and more. We were very impressed by...

Appears to be three restaurants in one - the bar area (which is large), the dining room, and the on-air studio. We ate in the ding room. We split the Harvest Salad (roasted squash, kale, cranberries) which was wonderful and dressed to perfection. My wife got the speghattini, which was very good but need a little extra 'oomph' (more garlic?). I ordered the ahi tuna, and it was outstanding,...
