The owner, John Russell, along with his friendly and knowledgeable staff, treated me very well. the other reviews here are correct, JOHN RUSSELL IS A CROOK! do not even consider taking your car to him. he ripped me off completely, essentially stealing $1700 from me. i brought my car in because it had a worn out belt; russell performed 'repairs' ...

Went to Russell's automotive because I wanted to avoid the dealership for our Jeep. Thought we could save a few $$. They were friendly enough and thought I would take the chance. A few of my friends or work associates...
