The experience I had at the 1st Cellular in West Frankfort, made me change cellular companies. The lady in that office is so incredibly rude, (Ruth was her name). When you had a problem she wouldn't listen, she would just start making up excuses and would down right argue with you. I'm pretty sure she's not there now.
