If you have never ran or trained for anything related to running in your life I would certainly recommend that you pay a visit the staff here. The items are pricey, but most sports related things are. In fact the people here will help you get the most quality for you dollars.

The Running Shop's name is pretty self-explanatory. They've got everything a runner would need, but most importantly, they care a large stock of shoes.

The staff is knowledgeable and can help you find the right pair for your feet and your running style.

They also tend to carry lots of sales stuff and lots of selection.
