This is one of those places I wish I could eat at more often. Breakfast on the bakery side is low key. My coworkers and I sometimes stop in for coffee and beignets or a muffin--tasty and inexpensive. But the restaurant side is much nicer. My wife and I had an afternoon off and got lunch here not that long ago. The coq au vin was good, and so were her moules frites... not light fare, a little...

This is the little bakery that is attached to Rue Cler restaurant, and is only open in the mornings...we stopped by for coffee and beignets, and both were good. They had a few other baked goods, like croissants and muffins, as well as juices, tea and milk. It's very small, good for takeout orders. Wish they were open later in the day...
