We've been Rudy's fans around this meat-eating household for a long time. The breakfast tacos are probably the best around. The brisket is excellent. The sausage is meh.

So I'm in Dallas once a year on business and this is always my first stop! Love the moist brisket, can't get enough of it. I drench it in regular sauce although the sissy sauce is good too....

Great brisket. The country store slash gas station look is fun and appealing. The walls are made of rough-cut planks and covered with old time signs. Seating is made up of picnic tables and long row benches. Some of the tables are covered with the traditional country red checkered tablecloths.  Service is decent, but it can take awhile to get through a line.  Rudy's serves their food by weight....
