I was hungry one morning, and stopped by. They open at 7 a.m.! I've been by here before and they are noted for being very very busy. This is a chain, and apparently pretty popular in Texas....

I love Rudy's.Tried it over 10 years ago out in Austin. Ate, bought some to go and ate some more at night.We had a variety of meats, but the brisket is king. Can't wait to go back for more...

Rudy's is a family favorite!
It's a really relaxed environment. Wood picnic tables, buckets of ice filled with sodas and beer, a big metal trough to wash your hands in - oh yeah, it's definitely "country."
Really good BBQ - my personal favorites are the ribs, the moist brisket, and the smoked turkey!

You're almost guaranteed to see a line running all the way out the door on Fridays, Saturdays,...
