Now that we found Rudolph's, it's the only place we buy our meats and sausage. Their product is so good, it's impossible to screw up cooking/grilling. On top of it, they're actual butchers-the real deal. They will trim/cut/bone-out anything for you, just the way you want it. I have been searching for a butcher since the beef quality has gone in the trash at all supermarkets. Boy did I find a winner. Prices were very competitive to the high grade stuff at the supermarket. The quality is superb. They could charge more and I would pay it. If you love steak, roast, pork, or sausage this is the #1 spot. Cut to your specs.
