One of the reasons I pay to have my food prepared is because I actually want my food to be prepared. Having beef which is literally almost 1/3 globs of fat isn't what people want out of their teriyaki. Properly preparing meat is not a hard thing to do, your customers would be happier if you took it seriously.

Delicious! Best sushi place around, hands down. Everything else is great too, but the sushi is what shines at Ruby's. $5 saké as well, you can't go wrong!
