I just purchased my second Harley from Rubber City. Once again an awesome experience. Thank you Emily,Justin and Ruby for making this happen. I feel the dealership went above and beyond to make me happy. I always feel like family when I visit.

Was working with my usual sales associate to rectify some issues and possibly trade into a new bike, sales manager came over with the proposal and I simply explained I would need time to think it over. Apparently this was not a good answer and she raised her voice and continued to make me explain myself and issues I was having with the dealership yet again. I may have actually took the deal,...

I will NEVER buy any bike or any thing from this Non customer service , ridiculous place!!!!! We bought a bike there in March and it is September and still No parts! Now we asked the General Manager JODI for a refund and she has treated us like we are the ones to blame! She does not return phone calls or she is in a meeting when my husband goes to the store is this the kind of people Harley...
