They did a beautiful job, at a very reasonable price, and cleaned up after themselves! We are so happy with our new covered patio and sidewalks! Nearly $2,000 of the increase was for replacement of fascia boards and moldings which were never mentioned in the estimating process. They offered us 15% off the cost of the wood, but that certainly did not even begin to make up for the added cost of the roof. We had no recourse, because the job had been done and they would have put a lien on our house if we did not pay. The roof appears to be of good quality, but I am very upset over the whole episode.
