STAY AWAY!

Do yourself a favor and don't even call them for an estimate. After all, they will give you a cheap price and then try to nearly double it AFTER they do the work. The excuse will be that they "forgot" to quote the Scotchgard and/or the estimate was a mistake. STAY AWAY!

The office manager (owner) will play good cop and bad cop. She's the actual one telling the consultants to overcharge and will then act all surprised about the so-called misunderstanding. To be clear: she won't try to amicably resolve the issue, because she's the driving force behind the problem.

p.s. The consultants are friendly and good people, but they are put into a bad situation. It's clearly the management playing underhanded games.
