<description>Sam Lopiccolo, owner of A-OK Air, is VERY good at what he does! His prices are reasonable and fair; and he is conscientious, hard working, reliable, and honest. He installed our entire system (heat pump/AC unit,etc.) at our barn/bunkhouse in Milton, TN. We called MANY people before deciding to hire Sam, and we are so glad that we found him! We will be building a log cabin in the future, and will definately hire him to do our work! We highly recommend him! &#xAB;</description>

<title>TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Extremely rude owner!!!</title>

<description>My husband and I waited over 3 months for a service call on our Ditch Witch!! We were told continually by Scott, the Parts Manager, that they would be at our place &#x22;next week....&#x22; My husband was digging a water line for our home, and the Ditch Witch finally quit completely. When I called the store to inquire as to when they would be arriving to repair it, Scott proceeded to inform me how expensive it would be for them to come out and look at the Ditch Witch. I reminded him that we had been waiting for over 3 months, and we were now at an &#x22;urgent&#x22; point. He snidely replied that we should find a way to bring the Ditch Witch to the store in Lavergne, Tennessee. We found a tow truck driver and paid $250 to have the Ditch Witch delivered to the store. We were charged $1500 for the repair, and it broke again one week later! Once again, we paid $250 to have it towed back to Lavergne. They kept it for two weeks, and when I called to inquire about it, I was informed that it was &#x22;out&#x22; of fuel, and it would cost us $6.75 a gallon for them to fill it! The Ditch Witch had 20 gallons of fuel in it when it was dropped off at the Ditch Witch store! My husband called the store to inform them that we would file a police report on stolen fuel. Five minutes later, the owner, Don Champion, called. He was VERY angry and hostile!!! He informed my husband that the Ditch Witch was &#x22;filled&#x22; with fuel, and we better remove it from the premises by day&#x27;s end or we would be charged &#x22;storage fees.&#x22; What is going on with this place?! It appears they have a scam going on!!!</description>
