Called and spoke with "John" (manager) and was told the cooks informed him the pizza was made correctly. After several rounds of bantering back and forth and insinuations that I was "lying", I gave up. What happened to the concept of keeping the customer happy?! Today we had our chance. The restaurant (78th & Dodge) was not real busy. The server dropped off menus and said she'd be right back for our order. She eventually returned and asked us for drink orders, said again she would return to take our food order. She then dropped off our drinks, and once again said she would return for our order in a few minutes and disappeared. Sorry, three strikes and you're out. This isn't your typical assembly line domino's pizza. This is great pizza with a wide selection of toppings at a pretty good price. No, Zio's isn't cheap, but it is worth every cent you pay.
