They came out right away and dug a hole around the meter. They estimated $1500 for the whole job. This was on a Thursday. They said they would be back the next Tuesday. They didn't bother coming back until the Tuesday following that. All the while I'm losing 12 gallons per hour for 12 full days. I decided to just finish the job myself. Took me about 5 hours to dig a trench and install the new line and cost me about $75.00 in parts. Then they come back and wanted to bill me $550.00 for simply digging a hole and drilling a hole in my wall!
