Lunch is adequate but nothing special - service is typically slow and the restuarant unclean. In the summer, there is outdoor seating. It has been referred to as the gateway to Irish culture in the twin cities. I'd have to agree. In the summer they have indoor and outdoor seating which is something you don't see much in a downtown eating establishment..makes it easy to enjoy the wonderful Minnesota summers. Food is great, but I think they need to lighten it up in the rooms.
