<title>terrible experience, customer service and value</title>
<link>http://www.yellowbot.com/lombardi-florist-nurserymen-boston-ma.html</link>
<description>The title says it all! They ruined my Vallentine&#x27;s Day. I paid $80 for roses to be delivered to my girlfirends office, more than half of them were wilted from being unprotected from the cold and one of the roses had already fallen off the stem. To make matters worse, I called looking for some sort of compensation or replacement and got nothing by a helpless customer service rep who shuffled me around before finally giving me the owners number instead of taking care of this herself and having him call me. Promptly, I called the owner, Rick Canale, and realized I was not going to get anywhere with him either. I was told that they delivered them and did not plan on doing anything else, if I had a problem I should take it up with my credit card company, are you kidding me? An owner of a company talks to a customer like that? I let him know that was no way to provide customer service and he laughed at me and said&#x22; Customer servie?, where are you from buddy?&#x22; I could have paid $10 and got better quality roses from Stop&#x26;Shop and no obnoxious attitude from an overpriced flower shop.

Cons
 - poor customer service from the owner himself!</description>
