I'm the epitome of low-maintenance. I wanted something that I could wash and go, no styling necessary. I spend less than 5 minutes on my hair in the morning. Nino listened to my requests: no color or highlights, no curling or straightening, nothing that requires blow-drying, nothing that requires "product", nothing that would get in my eyes, but still fun and feminine and pretty. An hour later, I had a beautiful haircut with funky texture and minimal effort required. When I asked Nino how to style it in the morning to preserve the look, his response was, "Just mess it up." Then they took me to wash my hair, the girl that was washing my hair left me with shampoo in my hair while she talked to a co worker about for 10min. Then I finally I sat down and waited for Nino to do my hair. He came over and asked me really unprofessional questions like, do you have a boyfriend, when was the last time you were on a date, why did you break up? Without even asking what my name was. He only spent 5 min cutting my hair then he had someone else blow dry it straight. The girl blow drying my hair got my hair caught in the blow dryer twice! She did a horrible job! My head still hurts from where she pulled my hair out. Nino didn't even layer my hair, even though I had told him several times. I've been to many hair salons all over the world and I have never been more disappointed. He even counted the tip right in front of me!
