Actual time of construction took 7.5 weeks and it was 11 weeks before all the outstanding items were finally corrected. There were empty bottles left lying around the basement for weeks. The wet bar cabinetry was not leveled properly, our media center is just a hole in the wall with no shelving or cable management and we are left feeling disappointed and the entire process was stressful. Basic items listed in the contract like light bars and faucets for the bathroom were not provided by the contractor for his subs to install requiring us to go to purchase them and reimbursement was not offered until a month after completion. The awards listed are vanity awards and internet scams, not recognition by local organizations. Terrible communication and service once construction started. We did a theatre seating entertainment area, bedroom,bathroom, and full bar area. We even used his carpet company to finish our entire home. Joe was always available to come over and discuss any concerns and changes to the project. He was good at communicating when work was to be done, what to expect along the way, and a completion date. He helped keep us on track on our budget also which was a plus! I have already talked with him to redo our bathroom and other house remodel projects.
