When I last Dr. Morguelan (April 2010), he made me take the FFD tests (4 hours/ 600+ pgs/ questionnaires) on the waiting room! When I asked to borrow the tapes he recorded of our interview so that I could have them independently transcribed, he refused. Then, when I got his report, I found out he had totally twisted my words - a sort of ""cut-and-paste-mix-and-match"" of comments which totally made me sound like someone I'm not. All to please â??his masters,â?? the County of SB/ PHD, which have used his services in the past. The SB PHD-County-HR MADE ME go see this clown --a complete stranger to me (but not to SBC-HR)-- under duress, that is, under the threat of termination if I didnâ??t comply. This was done in complete violation of ethical, professional, and State protocols in an apparent effort to discredit me for whistle-blowing on the County (please see Grand Jury report which is due to come out sometime in June/ July 2012 - Santa Barbara News Press). Personally, I found Dr. Morguelan to be uncaring, patronizing, and highly condescending. The very unethical Dr. Morguelan billed the County for 1 ½ hours longer of face-to-face interview when it only lasted about ½ an hour at most (remember, I didnâ??t know him from Adam); in addition, Dr. Morguelan inappropriately billed the County for 2 other psych tests that he NEVER performed!! I soebt a month in the hospital, so I needed some psychological tratment to cope with the loos of my mobility, job, and life in general. I went to see this psychologist seeking to feel better. However he was not waht I expected at all. Fo every thing I said, his only solution was to go back to work. But how was I supposed to do that when I could barely move, I was still under physical therapy, and my scars where still painful. It got to the point that I was feeling that I was not worth it because I could not work. I wanted to end my life until I found another provider. This new psychologist near LA was awsome.
