I own a small business in Bend OR and going with Integra was just about the worst mistake I have ever made. They took litterally two months to get my connection to be even remotely reliable. I had techs in and out of my office the entire time like a revolving door. Even after that every time it would rain the connection would go out. Finally things seemed to get stable for a couple of months. Then my phone stopped accepting voicemail. No warning I had to have a customer tell me about it before I knew. They could offer no explanation why it happened and had it fixed in about 24 hours. My internet drops every time I get a fax and no one can seem to tell my why. They have investigated several times. Finally my internet has gone down 5 times in the last week and each time for at least a couple of hours sometimes for most of the day. They keep sending techs out and tell me that the problem is fixed. I finally had enough a couple of weeks ago and told them I wanted to cancel. THIS IS THE BEST PART! They told me that if I cancel I would owe them $3000 because their cancellation policy is 100% cancellation fee. Since I had 2 years left in a 3 year contract they were going to charge me for 100% of their services for the next 2 years in one lump sum. I nearly hit the roof. That's like Costco saying: "yeah you can return it any time but we are not going to give you your money back". - This company is garbage. Avoid them at all cost!
