<description>This is a new store in town, I try to use my debit card to pump gas. which I did not do so,they said see cashier sign. I only have about $59.00 in my account that day. They hold that much amount on my account, so I could not use my debit or charge anything because of the holding.So I call the H.E.B. Account Department to find out when would they release the pending, they said about 24-48 hrs. but its been three days now and its still hold on my account. I just want to write and let all the consumer know that other gas station did not hold the amount on your debit like H.E.B. store does....they will hold about $60.-$80 on your account...</description>

<description>14:39pm I purchased gas from pump 5. I had a quarter tank already so at $3.69 I expected to only have to spend $30. The Gas pump never clicked to indicate the tank was full and the gas gushed out all over my cloths, shoes, my car and the ground. Manager &#x22;Jackie&#x22; responded with &#x22;Just give her $5 dollars back.&#x22; I knew with that insult that I wasn&#x27;t going to get anywhere so I asked for the Store Mgrs name. The second clerk admitted that it happens all the time and that it had even happened to her. &#x22;Sometimes they just don&#x27;t click off.&#x22; The number one concern in this country is gas prices. At $3.69 per gallon that $5 was not only insulting but it was not accurate. I asked for a Manager immediately because I knew I was not going to be handled properly by the dismissive clerk. Jackie didn&#x27;t have the respect or courtesy to speak to me face to face or even stay with the clerk on the phone to see if what ever was would resolve my concerns. If you view your cameras you will get a much better idea of what is owed. $5 is definately not it. If this has happened to me it has happened to many others. If it was reported and not yet fixed then HEB&#x27;s station needs to be shut down until the repairs to all the pumps are made. I am a member of the shadow creek community and I fill up there 3 times a week. I was too easily dismissed and that showed me my value to HEB. I plan to communicate my exeerience to the appropriate commission to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else. I would suggest to Mike Cashiola that he coach his Managers to be more empathetic to this communities concerns and that not responding when your presence is requested is very rude and distrespectful to the consumer; especially with an issue like &#x22;gas&#x22;. I plan to share this experience with all of my neighbors and our Home Owners Association.</description>
