They told me I had to have a more detailed diagnostic, so I paid for that. They, then charged me for the repair..which I gladly paid for. The promised the vehicle in 2 to 3 day but it took almost a week to repair. Now the problem has shown itself again and when I called to report it to them, they said that I would have to pay to have the problem (that they didn't fix the first time) diagnosed again! Not only did they do an honest job, the owner even works there and things were done right. I wish this business were in my state so I could utilize them regularly when needed. I was impressed with the quality and personal care that you seldom see in the business world these days. I HIGHLY recommend them. Looks can be decieving. I took my car to the shop because I was having some problems with my car dying. After they looked at my car he informed me i needed a new alternator and battery (i just have my alternator replace a week ago) and quoted me $800.00+ and told me i can get $50 off like he was doing me a favor and then charged me for checking my car ($50). I felt that was way too much took it to a few other shops where they tested my battery and alternator and all 3 other places told me my battery and alternator is perfect i just had a short in the connecter! I felt they tried to take advantage of me! I would discourage anyone who wants HONEST work done not to go here! they take advantage and overcharge, even if i did need a new alternator and battery that would only be $400.00 tops!
