Taylor Rental is where we've gone on several occasions to get the necessary items for our parties. When I arrived after verifying thirty minutes prior that truck was available, the gentleman said that they had no trucks that size o the lot, but that they would uphold my quoted rate. When I returned the truck, later that afternoon, I was charged a regular fee ten dollars over the regular price quoted on line and told they would honor a 20 % discount of their charge (which was still above Budget's Regular price). They then informed me it was Budget's job to honor that discount not theirs even though they already had my card information, etc. Budget then refunded the money that was charged to my card, but I would have went with another truck rental had I known they would not honor the price reserved. If that is just a quote they do not have to honor, then my card should not have been charged. Furthermore, they should not charge over the amount that the actual Budget website charges for regular price.
